i'll try an actual review :P

I liked the slide synth you used, sounds pretty sweet. I'm right about at the part when you switch into that second part at the end. It sounds like you have a little slide on that, too. :D Too bad its short :( I wanted it to keep going. Keep working on it. I really like it.

PERVOK responds:

Ai sir! That I shall!

Lots of tinkering this song is going to recieve in the future... *Rapist grin*

catchy :D

I like how you went about the synth. It was good. yes. Apart from that, I liked the three step thing. yes. This review is far from helpful.... :S I like it, its good, yes. Maybe even ..great.. :o

PERVOK responds:

Penus?

:O

:D

you make good eating music.

no I'm serious, I just went up and got some lunch while listening to this. Perfect accompaniment.

A little off-topic, but oh well.

This sounds very much like older sountracks for movies when they used orchesteral stuff a lot more. I liked it a lot. Seeing as I play the cello, I thought it was good that you got use it in here. :D
Keep up the great work!

WinTang responds:

What'd you have for lunch? :P

Thanks, I enjoyed the remark about the older movie soundtracks a lot! I will keep it up, I'm discovering a lot of possibilities at the moment, since I switched to Cubase.

fun ;)

I like how its all ambient at the beginning. You have a good saxaphone sample :( I'm jealous. I'm usually not a big fan of jazz, but this doesn't seem too bad. :) I can hear some weird pads in the background; I don't think that they really compliment the other instruments, but seeing as it is dance too, you have a bit more to work with. Nice.

WinTang responds:

Hehe - I had to read your last comment a few times before I understood, but I see your point now :)
Thanks for the review(s) - I'm getting back at you today!

:D

simple, but very nice. It sounds a bit like the piano in FFX. It has a very intimate feel to it, great job. I'm really enjoying your work.

WinTang responds:

That's good to hear!

great job, once again!

This has a spooky feel to it. In a way it sounds like the donkey kong country water music :P It might just be the synth that you used to bring in the lead. Although it is repetitive, I can't really bring that against you seeing how it wasn't originally written by you. I like it a lot though, don't get me wrong. Keep it up. :)

WinTang responds:

Wow, lots of reviews you wrote there buddy :)
I never played Donkey Kong Country but I guess it's a good thing - glad you liked it!

:D

I was just playing this the other day. :) Some of the samples sound pretty old-school. You might want to add a really subtle reverb, it might give more of an environment to your songs. It depends on which song though, I can see if you were trying to go for a more retro feel here. I like it though, keep it up!

WinTang responds:

Reverb is definitely a good idea. I did aim for the retro feel, but that doesn't mean it can't get fancier :)
Thanks again!

very professional!

Sorry for not getting back to you so late :P

I really like this a lot. Your string samples are pure amazement, and the sound quality just blows me away. The part near the end where the strings do that thing that they do.. hmm. I would call it an orchestra hit if it was crappy, but it isn't. I think you might know what i'm talking about. Sounds very much like a lot of soundtracks that I listen to. Great job, I think you'll do well here. Keep up the awesome work!

(thanks for the review as well :D)

Arbiter responds:

Weird you should say so, because this isn't one of my professional songs.
This is merely doodling around making soundtrack to fit my novel.
I thank you for your comment on the soundquality, as it's a very time-requiring process which I happened to use alot of time at.

It's actually an Orchestra hit, but a conducted one instead of a sampled one.
Thanks, and I hope I will do good here.
Best of Wishes, Chris.

reminds me of banjo kazooie

hmm well this is certainly original, I can't argue that. It wouldn't be something that I would listen to on a regular basis, but it sounded like you had all the levels right on. Strange as it is, I kinda like it. I look forward to more surprises :P

SWiTCH responds:

Thanks mang. I wouldn't listen to something like this either. :P

:D

it really wasn't anything steady, but it was interesting to listen to. You might confuse some people making them think that the song is over when you take those big pauses in the song. :P The sound quality was excellent, and the drums were sampled right on. I really liked it. Keep up the good work.

Distortzion responds:

Sorry for hte pauze. Break means pauze Btw :P

Yes, I actually wanted to make something original, rather to make a song.

Thnx for the rev :D
